Planning Your Holiday

If you are going to be visiting us soon there are a few things you can do in advance to help you plan your stay. A pre-arrival communication will be sent to you approximately 4 weeks prior to your arrival. This will allow you to pre-book certain services, for example additional cleaning services, heating, any special needs etc. Please complete this form and return it to the Dunkeld Lodge Office.

Please note that the number of guests is restricted to the maximum total sleeping capacity (number of beds) of each lodge. Unfortunately, additional guests cannot be accommodated, apart from babies and young children using cots.

On the day of your arrival your lodge will be available from 5pm onwards. This gives our teams adequate time to clean, maintain and check each lodge to the standards that you expect.

Should you arrive earlier in the day, you are welcome to use the Leisure Facilities at the hotel. If you anticipate arriving at a later time (or on a later day), please notify the resort in advance. This is greatly appreciated, as it assists in planning housekeeping services.

Lodge guests are asked to vacate their lodges by 10am on the day of departure. Please ensure that all rubbish is bagged and placed in the outside bins for collection and that the lodge is left as found.

Lodge residents transferring to another lodge will be contacted by the Housekeeper, who will arrange a transfer with minimal disruption. In the event that you would like to check out early, please notify the Lodge Office to ensure that your electricity meter is read and charges are calculated for your departure. Your charges for electricity, telephone calls and all other services are payable on departure.

On departure, please check that all keys are still on the key ring and ensure that these are returned to the Lodge Office.

As a courtesy to other residents please refrain from smoking in all lodge properties. The balcony area may be used, but please ensure the safe and tidy disposal of smoking material.

A Guest Booking Form is required to be completed for all stays which helps the resort team to plan your stay. If you have decided not to occupy your lodge/week then please let us know as this will allow us to down down heating and minimise energy consumption. Usually this form is included in your pre-arrival communication however to be sent one please contact the lodge office on +44 (0)1350 727243.
