Margaret Cameron has a wealth of experience and is available to advise on ownership, ‘BEST BUYS’, and affiliated exchange companies. Weeks for resale are weeks for sale on behalf of individual owners.

Lodge owners can either list their week(s) for sale with Margaret or can sell privately. To list a week with the onsite team owners will need to complete the appropriate authorisation form and sign acceptance of the terms before the week can be advertised and promoted for resale.
If selling privately please notify the management company of the change in ownership details so they can issue a new Holiday Certificate to the new owners.
Note: There are many alternative methods of selling or marketing your week for sale, many of which are offered by well run organisations. We advise our Owners to beware companies that request an enrolment fee to list your week on their books, or companies that call you and say they have a purchaser for your week, but are requesting a payment from you first. Experience tells us that these are unlikely to result in a sale of your week, and that any payments you make may be lost.
