If you wish to buy or sell a week at Dunkeld House Lodges Club, read on. Lodge owners can list their weeks for sale at Hilton Grand Vacations or can sell privately.
Demand for lodges at Dunkeld is high but there is often a selection of lodge resales available to purchase at different times of the year.
Visitors to Dunkeld often find it difficult to decide what season they prefer, since it is such a magical and relaxing destination all year round. Each lodge blends into the surrounding landscape and will offer different stunning landscapes to enjoy.
Whatever time of the year you prefer, or size of lodge you need, with 22 lodges (two and three bedroom) there is something to suit everyone.
Margaret Cameron has a wealth of experience and is available to advise on ownership and affiliated exchange companies. Weeks for sale may be either Hilton Grand Vacations owned weeks or weeks for sale on behalf of individual owners.
For further information, to view a lodge or find out what the latest ‘BEST BUYS’ are, please call into the Hilton Grand Vacations Sales Information Office at Dunkeld. The office is open from 09.00hrs until 17.00hrs, 7 days per week. Or contact Margaret Cameron using the contact details below.
Lodge owners can also list their weeks for sale with Margaret at Hilton Grand Vacations or can sell privately. To list your week for sale with Hilton Grand Vacations please complete the Sales Authorisation Form and return to the Sales Administration department. All the associated terms and conditions are detailed within the resale agreement.
If selling privately please notify Hilton Grand Vacations of the change in ownership details so they can issue a new Holiday Certificate to the new owners.
Note: There are many alternative methods of selling or marketing your week for sale, many of which are offered by well run organisations. We advise our Owners to beware companies that request an enrollment fee to list your week on their books, or companies that call you and say they have a purchaser for your week, but are requesting a payment from you first. Experience tells us that these are unlikely to result in a sale of your week, and that any payments you make may be lost.
