The Dunkeld Lodges
Far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, the tranquillity of the lodges at Hilton Dunkeld offers the perfect solution when you want to enjoy quality time alone or with friends and family. Designed to high standards, the lodges are the ideal holiday retreat where you set the pace, indulge yourself and discover what relaxation and revitalisation really mean. Nestled in the spacious grounds of the Hilton House Hotel, on the banks of the beautiful River Tay, the lodges are homes you will want to call your own, surrounded by countryside of enchanted beauty, rich in history and legend. Spacious bedrooms are havens of calm, bathrooms are fresh and modern, kitchens are superbly equipped with top quality appliances and lounges are a masterpiece of space and light, from which you can enjoy the views of the estate and countryside (Atholl example, left). The facilities at the adjacent Hilton House Hotel are available to lodge owners, with its state-of-the-art Living Well Spa and Health Club, the renowned Garden Restaurant and the various outdoor activities close by at Dunkeld Park.

The lodges are arranged in three cluster groups :
The Atholl 1 and Atholl 2 Lodges (1-12) comprise 2 bungalow style lodges with bedroom, lounge
/ open -plan kitchen / shower room downstairs , master bedroom with en-suite
upstairs they also have small patio garden. In addition, there are 10
semi-detached lodges with two bedrooms en-suite downstairs and lounge/ open
plan kitchen upstairs there is also a w/c situated on the landing. These
lodges have either open or enclosed balconies (left).
The Atholl 3 Lodges (14-17) sit in an elevated position overlooking the river, and comprise 4 semi-detached bungalow-style lodges with a bedroom, lounge / open -plan kitchen / shower room downstairs, and a master bedroom with en-suite upstairs. They also have a conservatory with patio.
The latest Osprey Lodges (18-23) comprise 6 semi-detached villas with either 2 or 3
bedrooms and 3 or 4 bathrooms. They are luxuriously finished and tastefully
equipped with the latest in furnishings, kitchen appliances (right) and home
entertainment.

- Bathroom – flooring renewed, Lodges 1 - 8 have had bathrooms upgraded
